1. Subscriptions & Payments

1.1 Subscription Types and Pricing The App provides auto-renewing subscriptions via the App Store:

Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week

Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month

Yearly Subscription: $19.99 per year

Prices are in USD. Pricing in other currencies may vary according to current exchange rates and App Store tier.

1.2 Automatic Renewal & Cancellation All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and subscription management must be completed via your Apple ID (“Settings” > “Apple ID” > “Subscriptions”). No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

1.3 Free Trials (If Available) If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions when the trial ends. Manage or cancel trials as described above to avoid undesired charges.

1.4 Refund Policy Except where required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. For disputes or accidental charges, please contact Apple Support directly as the App Store handles all billing.

2. User Content & Responsibility

2.1 Uploaded Content You are solely responsible for all content you scan, upload, or submit via the App. Content must not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws.

2.2 AI Content Disclaimer AI-generated answers and explanations are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be correct or reliable. You are responsible for independently verifying outputs and using them in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

3. Modifications & Termination

3.1 Service Changes We may add, modify, or discontinue certain features at any time without notice.

3.2 Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or its services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content, features, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or derive works from any part of the App without express permission.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service “As Is” The App and AI-generated content are provided “as is” with no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for losses resulting from your use of or reliance on any information from the App.

6.1 Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after posted changes means you accept the revised Terms.
